Talent development is an important tool for unleashing human potential. Talent development is an intensive and complex process that is worthwhile, if performed effectively, because of the great results you can achieve – career development, reduced turnover, improved productivity, improved succession planning, etc. Of course, there’s much more that goes into talent development. Given the exploding youth population in Pakistan and Africa, it is high time that the youth potential is fully tapped by the governments, businesses, and private organizations.
Hope Beyond Frontiers will engage governments, non-profit organizations, community organizations and the business community to undertake initiatives that would identify and develop talent in various fields. HBF partners will develop practical capabilities for driving organizational results by creating the processes, systems, and frameworks that advance training and development strategies, and learning opportunities.
Talent development is also a profession—an occupation filled with skilled and passionate individuals that involves training and formal qualifications. Hope Beyond Frontiers will introduce competency models specifying what a TD professional needs to know and be able to do. HBF will collaborate with national and international organizations specializing in Talent Development to introduce these models.

- Creating Resource Centers for Talent Development in rural and urban areas.
- Exploring career scopes in new and traditional fields especially Technology, Entrepreneurship, Management, Hospitality, Music, Sports, Health.
- Connecting young men and women with the employers.
- Resume Writing, Interviewing and Surviving in Workplace skills.
