William J. Silberman (Bill) is the Secretary for the Corporation, Hope Beyond Frontiers. His responsibilities include recording and keeping the “Book of Minutes” for all meetings as well as recording all actions and directives of the Board of Directors. He also provides advice and counsel on Board responsibilities. In addition, he serves as a focal point for investor/donation communications. He maintains all key corporate documents and records.
Bill is both an Entrepreneur as well as a Specialist in Business Management. He has begun companies in a number of industries including: Trade Show and Convention Production Companies and General Construction Companies. He has also held a number of Management positions in different companies including:Golden Enterprises – West Coast Director of Operations, Los Angeles CA, Columbia School of Broadcasting as the General Manager, Hollywood CA and as a Manager for the Metro Classic Builders in Pittsburgh, PA.
Bill is also a Veteran of the United States Navy. He is a member of the St. Raymond Catholic Church in San Ramon CA., and presently serves as the Chairman of the Pastoral Council, a Lector, a Volunteer, and is an Emissary for the Augustine Institute.
Bill has two daughters and he lives with his wife in San Ramon, California.

Dr. Yousaf Hayat is a medical and public health professional with over 30 years of experience in technical & management assistance to international public health & health systems programs. He has led major health programs of Save the Children and American Red Cross in Central Asia and Pakistan. He also has comprehensive experience in the design, development and leadership of major healthcare programs, governance and management systems, human resource recruitment, strategic planning and community relations, fund-raising and supervision.
Dr. Yousaf is an expert trainer and has overseen the recruitment and training of different levels of health care providers and managed more than 1000 volunteers simultaneously, including youth/community members.
