Dr. Andrew Jilani is an accomplished education professional with a proven track record in securing grants and implementing education projects for Girls’ Education, Basic Education, Early Grade Reading, Refugee Education and Literacy projects while integrating them with Child Protection, Health, Livelihoods, Nutrition, and Youth sectors in 11 developing countries.
In Pakistan he managed an education project for 10,000 Afghan refugees in Baluchistan and secured a 20 million European Union grant for girls’ education in the northern Areas of Pakistan. He conducts capacity development workshops for K-12 school principals and administrators in Faisalabad, trains college lecturers and advises a vocational training institute in Lahore.
He currently advises Pakistani Christian university students who are seeking admission in higher education institutions in different countries. Andrew holds an Ed.D. from the Schools of Education, University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MA Intercultural Management from the School for International Training, Brattleboro, VT.
